Gel Printing & Quick Collage Class
Create unique printed papers and turn them into art in one session!
In this 2½-hour workshop, you’ll spend about two hours learning the basics of gel printing — layering color, texture, and pattern using stencils, masks, and everyday objects to create one-of-a-kind papers. Then, in the final 30 minutes, we’ll shift into a quick collage session, using your freshly printed papers to create an 8×8-inch canvas.
You’ll learn:
- How to layer acrylic paint on a gel plate for beautiful, textured prints
- Ways to use stencils, masks, and found objects for creative designs
- Techniques for selecting and arranging prints for collage
- Simple gluing and composition tips to bring your collage to life
All materials are provided — including paints, gel plates, brayers, stencils, and collage papers. Just bring your creativity and get ready for a fun, hands-on experience!
