What type of artwork do you offer?
I sell both Original Artwork, Canvas Prints and Paper Art Prints in various sizes.
What is the true definition of a giclée?
A giclée (noun; pronounced “zhee-clay”) loosely means spraying or squirting of ink in French. Specifically, a giclée is a technology for fine art or photographic reproductions using a high-quality inkjet printer to make individual copies.
Who owns the copyright on the prints?
All rights are controlled by the artist, Susan Clifton. Copyright laws state that copyright is not transferred to the buyers of either prints or original artwork unless otherwise specified between artist and buyer.
What kind of framing options do you offer?
I’m not offering framing at this time.
Will there be state taxes applied?
Yes. However, only on orders placed and delivered to Florida locations.
Where do your shipments originate from?
All original art and paper art prints ship from Pompano Beach, FL. Canvas Prints, Framed Art Prints and Products are drop-shipped from the manufacturer.
When will my order ship?
I try to package and ship your product(s) within 1 business day from receipt of your order. I’ll do everything I can to get your order processed and delivered as quickly as I can.
What are your shipping and handling rates?
Shipping rates vary depending on size and whether I am shipping or the drop-shipper.
How do you package your art for shipping?
All art prints will be shipped flat and with protective cardboard.
What is your return policy?
I wanted to take the worry out of purchasing your artwork online. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14-days of receipt and receive a free replacement of equal or lesser value or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returned orders must be received in the condition received prior to any credit, refund, or replacement being applied to your account. We highly recommend using a trackable freight/shipping provider if you decide to return your order.
Every print is carefully inspected before shipping. In the event you spot a defect, such as a printing flaw, or in the unfortunate case your print is damaged in any way, I’ll replace your print as soon as proof of the damage has been received.
